Whether bright and new in the steam-era, run-down on the "wrong side of the tracks" in the 1970s or remodeled as upscale condos in the present, Parkview Terrace Apartments are a great way to add detailed big city buildings along your railroad right-of-way.

Like the real thing, these models put the most building in the least space. The HO Scale kits can be used on the edge of your benchwork, along a shelf or modular layout and in dioramas. Once installed, they provide a smooth, realistic transition between 3-D foreground scenes and printed or painted backgrounds.

Designed for easy construction, you can build them stock or shorten them using cut lines molded on the inside. Each building also comes with a variety of add-on details, a partial roof and colorful decals. Just add figures and superdetails (sold separately) to create amazing mini-scenes.

Perfect for use with Cornerstone Series kits, they can also be combined with the entire line of Background Buildings to create a realistic metropolitan backdrop for your favorite modeling era.
