You have 30 calendar days to make a return at our store with the receipt. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition it was at time of purchase. Returns and refunds will be issued with management approval following inspection of the product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

All electronic sales RC or Model Trains are final and NOT eligible for return. Due to the sensitive nature of DC/DCC Locomotives, DCC Decoders & Accessories are subject to "Manufacturer Warranty" please contact the manufacturer directly for all technical issues. Most all of the product lines we carry have great support after the sale. Consult our Technical Support Directory for more information. 

Based on item demand and availability your item may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All consignment, used, and NOS (new old stock) items are NOT eligible for a refund and/or exchange. These items are sold AS IS. 

Items without a receipt or proof of purchase will be granted store credit at the management's discretion. 

White Rose Hobbies is not liable for new product purchases with an issue out of the box or packaging. Any product issues should go through the manufacturer's customer service and warranty.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition it was when you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment method. You will receive the credit back to your card (if a credit card was used) within 24-72 business hours of the issue, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
