Venom RC 1642 LiPo Large Safety Battery Charging Sack

Charging batteries is now safer than ever with Venom updated Battery Safety Charge Sack. Not only have we included high temperature fireproof thread, but Venom has also incorporated snaps to the closure flap to better help contain fire and debris in case of a catastrophic failure. Made of flame resistant material, the Venom Safety Charging Sack will help protect you and surrounding areas from possible fire damage but does not eliminate the risks inherent with charging and handling LiPo batteries. Always follow the safety and use instructions provided with your battery and charger in addition to using this product. Use the safety sack while charging, storing or transporting your batteries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Placing battery to be charged toward bottom of bag, routing charge leads through vent at top seam and snapping flap closed

COMMENTS

  • Charge batteries in a safe area away from flammable materials and only on a non-flammable surface in a vented area. Do not discharge batteries below 3V per cell. Doing so may result in cell damage and subsequent cell venting on future charging
  • Do not recharge damaged batteries. Dispose of damaged batteries in the proper manner.
  • It is modelers sole responsibility to assure their charger is working correctly. Always monitor charging process. Failure to do so may result in cell damage or fire.
  • In the event of a crash, remove battery from model for observation and place in a safe open area away from flammable materials.
