This is a bettendorf truck with a leaf spring assembly replacing some of the coil springs for better stability at high speed. It was used from the 1940's to the 1970's. It could most often be seen on head end equipment or boxcars intended for use in dedicated high speed trains. Injection molded in one piece in delrin. Includes delrin wheelsets.
