PTLX “Michigan Elevator Exchange” Delivery 1973 shows off another classic scheme applied to a Pullman-built 4750. Back by popular request, we are pleased to offer a different builder lot of Michigan Elevator Exchange which were delivered in October 1973, so these are a completely new group of cars for your layout! Michigan Elevator Exchange, a division of Farm Bureau Services, Inc, leased 50 cars from Pullman, painted yellow and black with a very sharp-looking red and brown placard that includes a drawing of the state of Michigan! These cars feature unpainted Morton running boards, truck-mounted brake hardware and Timken rotating truck caps, just like the prototype. We are offering these cars today with 6 all-new road numbers! Don’t miss out!
