The Kinetic 1/48 F-104G Royal Netherlands Air Force Starfighter model kit recreates one of NATO’s most recognizable Cold War fighters in Dutch service. Introduced in the early 1960s, the Lockheed F-104G Starfighter was built as a multirole strike and interceptor aircraft, with the Royal Netherlands Air Force operating the type for more than two decades in air defense and tactical strike missions as part of NATO’s European deterrent. This highly detailed kit features finely recessed panel lines, a detailed cockpit, accurate landing gear and wheel wells, and variant-specific components to accurately represent the Dutch-operated F-104G. Includes a selection of external fuel tanks and ordnance, along with authentic Royal Netherlands Air Force markings.
