Volume 4 of the Kantner Collection is the conclusion of the footage filmed from the early 1970s to the early 1980s.

In this volume, we look at waning years of the anthracite railroads and progression to the inevitable formation of Conrail. Under Conrail, Arch and Bruce captured the varied, colorful lashups on the main lines and branch lines into the Conrail blues.
