Hobby Boss 86508 1/350 HMS Lord Nelson
Model Ship Kit
A detailed 1/350 scale representation of one of the Royal Navy’s final pre-dreadnought battleships, this kit captures HMS Lord Nelson with a full-hull configuration, finely engraved surface detail, and extensive photo-etched components for added scale fidelity. The completed model measures approximately 386 mm (15.2 inches) in length and 69 mm in beam, making it a substantial display piece for collectors of early 20th-century naval subjects. The kit includes more than 460 parts, photo-etched details, a decal sheet, display stand, nameplate, and anchor chain.
The HMS Lord Nelson was laid down in 1905, launched in 1906, and completed in 1908; notably, she was completed after HMS Dreadnought had already been launched, making her an important example of the rapidly changing battleship designs at the dawn of the dreadnought era.
