Dragon Models 14132 1/44 Mörser Karl mit Railway Transport Carrier

The Mörser Karl was a huge piece of weaponry that weighed a hefty 124 tons. The weapon’s bulk meant it had to be transported around on a special two-piece set of railcars for long-distance travel. Using this transportation method, the whole mortar chassis was hung between two pedestal-mounted swiveling arms borne on five-axle bogies. Dragon’s 1/144 Mini Armor series brings the Mörser Karl and the railcars down to a wholly more manageable size in the latest kit release.
