3GEN paints feature the most sophisticated formula for acrylic paints to date. They provide excellent coverage, incredible adhesion, and highly pigmented matte colors. Thanks to their formula, they prevent clogging when used with an airbrush while maintaining maximum coverage even when heavily diluted.

This set of 3rd Generation acrylic paints includes the three colors which were officially specified as the basic camouflage colors for Luftwaffe day fighters in late 1941: RLM 74, 75 and 76. Although RLM 74 was officially withdrawn in mid-1944, in fact all these colors remained in use until the end of World War II. These colors were also extensively used for painting German night fighter aircraft. The fourth color included in this set, RLM 04, was commonly used for painting various quick recognition markings that were applied throughout the entire war.
