The YPR-765 PRI.50 was a Dutch infantry fighting vehicle based on the proven M113 armored vehicle family, modified to meet the Royal Netherlands Army’s requirements for mechanized infantry operations during the Cold War. The PRI.50 variant featured a one-person turret armed with a .50 caliber M2 Browning machine gun, providing effective fire support while maintaining the mobility and reliability of the tracked M113 platform. Widely used by Dutch forces for troop transport, reconnaissance, and battlefield support, the YPR-765 became a cornerstone of the Netherlands’ armored formations for decades.
