The M60A3/TTS (Tank Thermal Sight) represented the final major upgrade of the U.S. Army’s long-serving M60 Patton tank family, incorporating advanced fire-control improvements and thermal imaging technology to greatly enhance battlefield effectiveness. Introduced during the Cold War, the M60A3/TTS featured a stabilized 105mm main gun, improved targeting systems, laser rangefinder, and upgraded electronics that allowed crews to engage targets with greater accuracy in day or night conditions. AFV Club’s 1/35 scale kit faithfully recreates this late-production American main battle tank with detailed turret and hull features, accurate suspension components, realistic equipment fittings, and the distinctive TTS sighting system.
