The AFV Club 1/35 IDF Shot Kal Sho’t Kal 1973 Model Tank recreates one of Israel’s most important Cold War-era armored vehicles and a key participant in the Yom Kippur War. Based on the British Centurion design, the Sho’t Kal represented a major Israeli modernization program featuring a powerful 105mm main gun, improved engine, and upgraded systems optimized for desert combat. These tanks formed the backbone of the Israel Defense Forces armored forces during the 1973 conflict, where they played a critical role in some of the most intense tank battles of the war.
