The legendary “Deuce and a Half” became one of the most recognizable U.S. Army trucks of the Vietnam War, and few variants were more formidable than the improvised gun trucks built to protect vulnerable supply convoys from ambush. This 1/35 scale AFV Club kit captures the M35A1 fitted with an M55 Maxson Quad-.50 caliber machine gun mount, combining the dependable 6×6 cargo truck with the devastating firepower of four Browning M2 machine guns. The highly detailed kit features a full ladder-frame chassis, detailed drivetrain and suspension, accurately treaded rubber tires, armored crew cab, cargo bed, Maxson turret with quad .50 caliber machine guns, and ammunition boxes, along with decals for a Vietnam-era vehicle.
