Enhance your 1/35 scale Sherman with the distinctive appearance of the Extended End Connector (EEC) T49 track using this highly detailed AFV Club workable track set for M3A4 Lee, M4A4 & Firefly Vc. The T49 steel bar-cleat track was developed to provide excellent traction in difficult terrain, while the addition of Extended End Connectors—commonly known as “duckbills”—helped spread the tank’s weight over a wider footprint, improving flotation in mud, snow, and soft ground. These field and factory-installed modifications became increasingly common on Vertical Volute Spring Suspension (VVSS) Shermans during the latter stages of World War II, particularly during operations in Northwest Europe.
