Each part interlocks through an insertion design, with assembly taking around ninety minutes. Once assembled, marbles travel through the 174-centimeter track around the city, while an integrated lift transports the marbles back to the top for cyclical running.
The Future City Marble Run features science fiction buildings set among pipelines, factories, and complex tracks, creating an industrial steampunk and neon-inspired urban landscape. An inductive switch simultaneously controls the marble run and dynamic lighting, while the Starlight Vortex uses a double-sided mirror reflection system with an annular halo for an eye-catching design. A brass button switches between a bustling city experience and colorful nighttime lighting, and multiple city modules can be combined for extended play.
