The Tamiya 1/14 Dry Van Semi-Trailer 40ft Container Kit recreates a forty-foot dry van trailer commonly seen on American highways and is designed to connect with any Tamiya 1/14 Tractor Truck. Built as a large-scale assembly kit, it combines durable construction with realistic trailer details that suit a wide variety of trucking layouts and display styles.

The trailer incorporates updated side panels with a more authentic corrugated pattern that more closely matches the look of full-size dry van trailers. Many of the cargo box and chassis components are made from aluminum, giving the model a sturdy structure while maintaining the realistic character expected from a highway trailer. Additional visual details include reflective safety markings along the lower cargo area and height indicator decals, helping the finished model capture the appearance of a working road-going trailer.

Beyond its scale appearance, the trailer features practical details that enhance realism during operation and display. The cargo doors open and close with authentic construction, allowing you to showcase the trailer in different loading or unloading scenes. A leaf-spring suspension system supports the chassis, while the straightforward trailer design pairs naturally with both modern and classic-style tractor trucks.
