I’m glad to know that White Rose Hobbies has acquired Bethlehem Car Works, since I’ve bought a number of BCW kits and parts in the past. Very much hope some kits will come back into production: notably including NYC 60’ baggage car, D&H RPO cars and some B&M cars, plus various parts.

Hello and congratulations on acquiring the BC W. I am so glad to here is that this fine line of products Will remain available. I was wondering if you also received orders which had been placed but were not fulfilled. I am one of the people who placed one and would very much like to acquire the Kit and trucks I’ve ordered, sadly just after John Greene passed away. If you have not been send information about unfilled orders, please let me know when I can replace mine. It was for one of his newest cars, the Lackawanna baggage car recently advertised in RMC. PS not interested in having this available to the public… Just inquiring. Thanks

Thanks and good luck

Ryan,
The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Historical Society had in production two exclusive projects with BCW. Ice breaker rack to fit on offset hoppers and C-10 horse/theater car. We requested a restock of twelve pairs of the ice breaker racks and fifty C-10 horse cars from John Greene before his death. He produced the paired racks for a year for us at a cost around $8 and had the pilot completed on the horse car. John took the first order in July for 15 kits and the remainder would be shipped as they were produced. The cost he quoted for us on the horse car was $78 and we have at least 15 order awaiting the kits. Your quick help with these requests would be greatly appreciated.
