The Banshee was later adapted as a night fighter and photo reconnaissance platform. Astronaut Jim Lovell flew the F2H night fighter from 1954 to 1956. This 1\/72 kit from Academy recreates the F2H-3, the all-weather interceptor version, as seen with VF-41, the Black Aces.
